The story begins at the age of 20, when Jamial Mumford got his first taste of success. After living his prior years thinking he would never become more than those in the impoverished neighborhood in which he was raised, he began a journey on two different roads. One being a Television Career and the other was in business.  He had no clue, nor the belief that the business road he was embarking upon would really work.  Besides Jamial was taught....  go to school, get good grades, so you can get a good job (tv career).  As a result, he experienced many setbacks in the business sector for the next several years of life.

These setbacks resulted in Jamial deciding to throw in the towel and continue living life expecting his job to provide everything he needed for his 3 children and family.  Only after being laid off twice, disappointed along with countless let downs in his aspiring Television Director career, he knew he had to go back to the business world and find out why some are having success and he wasn't.

Jamial searched far and wide for coaches/mentors, who could show him the ropes and the secrets of success.  Industry experts like Robert Kyosaki, ... were people like Jamial, who started from the bottom in life and their careers and are now being paid millions worldwide.  The secret these coaches carried was Personal Development. He meditated for years on a quote, which he now adopts... "Your LIFE will NEVER exceed your personal development".

Since starting in life well below average and have now moved himself passed those whom he onced envied, Jamial has come to the realization that if he can do it, then anyone can.

VISIONS ALLIANCE began when Jamial realized that like himself at one point, 95% of people in life are living lives they don't desire and continue to fall below their expectations. He quickly realized that this was the result due to the lack of consistent personal development.  Since he got tired of seeing team members, co-workers, family and others struggle day to day, he started Visions Alliance.

Jamial will begin leading the way for those, who desire more out of life, but just don't know how to develop themselves.  He says "With consistent personal development, "the average person can achieve an above average life".

Jamial is not a person of hype, emotion or pure motivation. He has been through countless obstacles and circumstances than many will see in their lifetime, starting with the death of his sister when he was 10 years old. Everything he teaches and speak is from personal experiences and not mere theory.

Visions Alliance was started in 2007. Since then, the company has coached and trained thousands of individuals to better themselves and those around them.  In 2009, Visions Alliance began branching into many catergories, to better serve every need a human being can need.
